BUILDING THE CULTURE OF PEACE

MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR REGIONAL PEACE GATHERING

“Building The Culture of Peace: A Conference for Groups and Individuals Who Work For Peace”
We’re looking forward to meeting others for whom peace in the world is a primary concern.
We look forward to sharing our successes and concerns, and coming away with renewed energy and broadened perspectives.
In thinking about issues that face you and your group in relation to peace, what is the ‘short list’ of the problems that face you?
Are the most challenging issues ideological (what position can we agree on for this crisis?}, relational (conflict on some level within a group), or mundane (how do we pay the phone bill this month?)
If you’re like us, all those come into play.
Would you mind jotting down three to five of the things that you’d label the biggest “challenges” from the past year?
As you think about them, what’s the relationship of your greatest challenges, and things you see as your greatest strengths?
If you see interesting relationships, I’d love to hear about them.

Registration deadline for “Building The Culture of Peace” is August 25.
